Evercolab ("we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
When you book a call, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name and any answers you add to the booking form. We do not use tracking cookies on this website. Bookings are handled by Calendly, which has its own privacy policy.
We use these details only to arrange and hold the call you booked, and to follow up about the free assessment you asked about.
If you go ahead with an assessment, we sign an NDA and a POPIA operator agreement before any data is shared. We use only the data needed for the work and delete it when the work ends.
We keep booking details for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers we need to run the business (such as our email and booking tools), and only for that purpose.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email shanawaaz@evercolab.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
